Request for invoice, paid and received order

Just had a request to close order and send invoice for an order the buyer has
marked as received.
The order was paid immediately so I suspect they just want an invoice for some
reason, for their records or something.
Would they have received a copy of their order at the time that they placed it
and would it be regarded as an invoice ?
If I do need to send them one by e-Mail could someone tell me how I do that now
?

If you have the "Invoice Icon" checked on in your seller Orders Received
Columns

you can go to
https://www.bricklink.com/orderReceived.asp?orderFiled=A
on click on the invoice icon.
