I received a minifig with two features I have never seen - a raised number at
the edge of the hands, and arms with an indentation and number on the inside.
Just checking to see if these are found on real minifigs as none that I own have

It's real, that type of torso usually indicates it was one of the ones made
in a Chinese factory starting about 10-15 years back

A lot of arms have that indentation with the logo on the inside nowadays
