When I go to Paypal to try and ship my bricklink order, it originally said the
Paypal link to Shipstation is not working. Now it says, Try again later. It has
been over 6 hours with no change.
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks,
Chris

It works for me at the moment but SlipStation is total garbage. They were great
at first and on Jan 1st 2024 their support went from the best to none at all.
I've had tickets open for months and nothing gets fixed.
Good luck, the way I always fix it is deleting my account and starting over.
It has helped more than the support ever has.
It is currently working for me. Most of the time I use my browser history to
access shipstation rather than through paypal. Its a hot mess. But way better
than going to the actual post office to print labels. I hope you get it to work.

May want to consider using Pirate Ship temporarily

*permanantly* is my suggestion
Since pirateship.com integrates directly with paypal, you can automatically pull
orders and addresses to make labels, e'asy peasy no reason not to use them.
and pirateship support is pretty good the few times ive needed to contact them.

I agree 100%! They are free and they offer great shipping prices even for overseas.
Even if they charged a monthly fee I would still use them as they are better
then ther others I have tried. Once set up it is very easy to use and their customer
service thru their online chat, which has a link right on the page where you
buy postage from, is really good - when ever I have had an issue or question
they have gotten back to me immediately or within a couple of minutes at most.

I'm confused, shipstation does this for me too. I have pirateship for when
shipstation goes down, but my orders/addresses are always there when I open the
shipstation site. I've seen other people make this claim as well, perhaps
you guys have a setting or integration turned off? I don't honestly see
any difference between the two when I use them.

Same. I too used to log in to paypal and use the shipping label link to go to
shipstation, but then I realized I could just log in directly to shipstation
and see all the orders that needed labels. I prefer the condensed view of SS
and the rates are identical for the most part. For much of last year SS was
cheaper for UPS packages over 4 pounds. I'm not sure why, but I could generally
get them for $1 cheaper than PS.

Yesterday afternoon (20th) I was in the middle of shipping orders and ShipStation
disappeared and was replaced with PayPal Shipping Center. It took a bit to get
the new system figured out.
