Yesterday I was browsing LEGO on eBay and noticed a listing for dinosaurs listed
as LEGO that were obvious fakes.

"LEGO Dinosaur Lot Figures T-Rex Triceratops Velociraptor Jurassic World
Park"
"Condition is New"
It was quite easy to tell that these were knock offs - no LEGO on studs.
I reported this to eBay indicating why they weren't real.
Today I received a reply: "We looked into your report and didn’t find the
listing to be in violation of our policy. This determination was made by a customer
service agent."
Guess eBay is not concerned with copyright violations. Sad...
I've reported many fake LEGO listings on eBay over the years. None were removed.
Rumor is that eBay won't remove a listing if you sell in the same category
because you are a competitor.

I've reported Playskool listings that are listed under Lego and they're
never removed.

If buying on ebay, always look carefully at pictures.
I've sold on eBay before and they most certainly are concerned with copyright
violations. Multiple of my listings were taken down when they didn't have
any problems.
