and to be honest I dont want to leave this buyer feedback because what I have
to say may not be appropriate/negative.
I sold, she paid, I sent, she got. Its was perfect until that point until the
buyer opens the New/sealed set weeks later and then askes for a refund because
it probably wont suit her child.
Perhaps that argument could be bought forward before the 10305 was "opened".
So the transaction is complete and I filed it. Now everytime I am online all
I see is this 1 order under "orders awaiting feedback".
There will be no feedback, and it can wait to hell freezes over. How do I remove
that request awaiting feedback please and thank you?

The site is ignoring some of the selling settings on that page. I do not have
"Orders shipped, drive thru not yet sent" checked but they still show
as notifications.

It's also counting outstanding orders twice, both as 'Orders not shipped'
and orders not completed.
Maybe this isn't the norm, but as a seller, I leave feedback as soon as I
ship the item. The buyer paid and completed their responsibility to the transaction.
Not giving feedback or waiting until the buyer gives feedback first just doesn't
sit right with me.
But maybe I'm wrong?
As to refunding. I would explain to the buyer that your New/sealed set is no
longer new and sealed. I would accept a refund if the buyer shipped the item
back and I would only refund the price which you would relist the set as used.
Who knows, the buyer might agree and you both could leave this transaction happier
than the current situation.
