Wanted to buy a LEGO set and place a order with a seller which would later supply
a shipping quote.
Shipping ends up being 50% of the set and within 1 hr of receiving the shipping
quote, I message seller asking to cancel the order as shipping is too high for
me.
It's the holidays so I give it some time. Suddenly I receive a NPB and I
email trying to explain i case they didn't se the message. Still no reply.
What can I do in this situation?
(Starting to regret not marking the order with high shipping when I had the chance)..
If the shipping cost was not listed in their store terms / shipping policy or
was not shown during checkout you have the right to cancel the order without
NPB. Contact help desk or report the seller below since NPB is totally incorrect
in this case.
