I am trying to download orders received from buyers to for example a MSExcel
file. The help page says I can download orders placed, and orders received. "Buyers
and sellers can Download their Orders Placed and Orders Received." However
when I click on the Download, it only gives me the option to download orders
placed. Does any one know how I can download orders received information please.

Thanks for reply, but what I am trying to do is download the details from an
order, not just a summary of orders, that is a file with all the order items
listed, with quantity, and price. Regards, Daryl.

See there the option check box: "Include detail items"
Note only available for the last 6 months orders (to simplify): as written about
everywhere including in your orders, emails, help, etc.

That’s what you get on the page… for orders in the last 6 months. Older orders
have been purged.
Why not purge orders after 1 year? It sure would help out sellers for prepping
their taxes. I think it's long overdue that and our seller tools that was
supposed to happen years ago...
