How does someone contact an admin directly? I have requested and shown proof
three times in an effort to remove an unearned NSS. I have gotten no response
from Bricklink and it is still showing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You tried bricklink@support.lego.com?

I went through the "how to remove an NSS" steps as outlined. When I got
to the page I provided the tracking number and a quote from the buyer's feedback
stating the order arrived and that the NSS was filed because she was upset with
the shipping cost.

I went through the "how to remove an NSS" steps as outlined. When I got

If you got a ticket number when you sent them the tracking number then you are
good and they will eventually remove the nss (even if it’s since been completed)
as the helpdesk can often take 2-3+ weeks to respond. If you never got a helpdesk
ticket number then try Sylvains links

Did you get a ticket number? Either way if it’s been over 6 months you should
send another message to the helpdesk
