I went through the "how to remove an NSS" steps as outlined. When I got
to the page I provided the tracking number and a quote from the buyer's feedback
stating the order arrived and that the NSS was filed because she was upset with
the shipping cost.

If you got a ticket number when you sent them the tracking number then you are
good and they will eventually remove the nss (even if it’s since been completed)
as the helpdesk can often take 2-3+ weeks to respond. If you never got a helpdesk
ticket number then try Sylvains links

Did you get a ticket number? Either way if it’s been over 6 months you should
send another message to the helpdesk
