A small friend of mine has accidentally smashed a "moon" piggybank, perhaps
5 inches across. I have offered to repair it.

Unfortunately there is one piece missing. I think I might repair that hole with
a LEGO plate, and add a minifig there. Given the scale of the moon, The Little
Prince makes a whole lot more sense than an astronaut. Fortunately, the child
is familiar with the book

Seems like some excellent LEGO fans have already created some Little Prince dioramas
and such, so all I need to do is follow in their far-more-skilled footsteps.

So I'm looking for the parts used in this image (via https://brickset.com/article/14991/help-the-little-prince-on-his-quest-to-10-000-votes).

I'm totally new to searching specific Lego pieces, but I think I have the
easy parts:
hair: "Spiky Hair"
legs: "Hips and Legs Plain"

Part No: 98385 Name: Minifigure, Hair Spiked
*
98385 Minifigure, Hair Spiked
Parts: Minifigure, Hair {Bright Light Yellow}

Part No: 970c00 Name: Hips and Legs Plain
*
970c00 (Inv) Hips and Legs Plain
Parts: Minifigure, Legs {Bright Green}

But after much Googling I'm stuck on torso and head.

Closest I can find on the torso is "Christmas Elf Set 71034-5" (which
also has a convenient dome for the rose!), but it's still not the ideal look.

Anyone have any clues? I worry they may be custom paintjobs, but I've seen
them in a few different My Little Prince projects, so maybe not. Unless those
projects were just all built by the same person.

The head and torso appear to be custom prints

That head appears to have been made with markers.
