countries other than ours, Bricklink closed my account, requesting an extra user
verification, they reopened the account and I changed my password, but two days
later, they closed it again, two days ago we recovered it again, but we see that
we cannot sell, because they tell us to verify as a new seller.
I have been trying to verify the new documents for days and there is no way to
do it, and also you open a ticket and you do not receive a response for days,
I do not understand the poor performance of support that Bricklink has right
now, either they have few people working or they do not pay much attention to
the website.
In total we have already been fifteen days without being able to sell a piece,
so I do not know what else we should do to be able to verify the store.

Seller verification lately was around two weeks, maybe with your problem they
need to be very careful so not another person steals your account, make sure
you are using a unique password for BL.
Also seems you had order numbers as feedback from Dec 8th at least, hope you
get it sorted out soon!
