I made a little program that recognizes parts and automatically creates an XML
list to bulk upload to a store inventory (here's an example if anyone is
curious: https://youtu.be/2_mOtsJXx1A).
It works well for my own use but I was wondering if anyone else would get any
use out of it. Would it be worth polishing and releasing for other people to
use? I could even avoid having to go through the XML and just directly interface
with the Bricklink API with enough time. Is this something anyone would want
to use?

Hi!
Very fine, sincerely!
But it's basically what BrickStore does with the help of Brickognize, it's
free and open source, see here:

Looks like it works great. Similar features have been added to the cloud based
Brick Seller application which integrates Brickognize with it's catalog and
inventory search capabilities with no need for messing with XML files as it used
the BrickLink and Brick Owl API's to add/update your inventory data simultaneously
on both marketplaces.
