The new layout is not too bad, however it would be much more intuitive, that
the store and profile icons (which resides now on the right side now) will be
just moved to the left - just after the bricklink logo.
I use those most often and on a smart phone, you always have first to scroll
down do the right to access those (for sellers) most important functions.

(Not a personal opinion, I don’t really care about it, but: )
It’s pretty standard these days to have the account info (and cart) on the top
right. All the websites have it there.

Well, if something is "standard", that doesn't mean it's the
best. Today a lot of web (or app) designs are made from a desing point of view,
but the user friendliness isn't taken into account at a lot or not at all.
So what is most important, for a seller (or buyer) who goes to the website:
that the design looks like "a standard" or that he can access the features
he needs on the most effective way.
And I speak mainly from the mobile view, when you work on a smartphone. On a
pc monitor, it doesn't matter that much, if the main navigation is left,
right, centered. But on a smartphone, where you have no wide displays, it would
be much more user friendly in my opinion.
And forgot to mention: for sure, all contents of the main navigation should be
LEFT oriented and not centered on the mobile view. You have to constantly scroll
to left to right to access everything now.
so like: Logo - Store Icon - profile icon - main menu icon - search field
