Hi!

I can't see any listing for this part. I am trying to find to which set this
is a part of.

It is a 1x4 3010a brick with a print, not a sticker like the Brick 1 x 6 with
Black Wrench on Yellow Background Pattern (Sticker) - Set 6363.

From your photo, that definitely looks like a sticker from set 6363 placed onto
a 1X4 brick.

Yes, it looks like they possibly trimmed the sticker and put it on this 1x4.

To the OP, peel it off, then you can sell it as a plain 1x4.
