I ran into this block of extras not broken out while mining for PCC. I checked the instructions and confirmed. Each half of the model uses 4 pins, 2 bush, and 2 half bush. I'm leaving the bands alone.

so I will accept these changes.

Also, I see also only two rubber bands being used. This photo suggests that there
are indeed six and four of them are extra:

set contain 193 parts.

That wasn't visible on the BrickLink box photo. I guess I should have done
a Google search.

I will change the inventory to reflect the official number of bands and add a
note that only two are actually needed for building.

I have now changed the number of regular bands to 4 so it aligns with LEGO data
and makes the brick total correct for the set. A note was added also.
