Order came through yesterday from a brand new user. Not a problem and I get
a lot of these, but when I went to purchase their label in ShipStation (and Pirateship,
and look up the address and google and zillow...) the address is invalid.
I messaged them through BL asking them to confirm and haven't heard back.
Can they reply to messages as long as they have an open order?
This town has a population of maybe 200-250 people so I'm sure the carrier
would get it to the right address, but I'm not going to chance it.

Not 100% sure but if needed you could include a line in your message with something
along the lines of
“If you are unable to respond to this message on bricklink, you can respond via
the email you received regarding this message”

It's over 24 hours and still marked as unread in the BL system. A phone
number was attached in PayPal so I texted as well. If no reply by shipping deadline
tomorrow I'll just have to cancel the order I guess.
