A buyer has tagged a transaction with this notification. I have done everything
I can to resolve although the buyer still has an issue. How do you get the notice
removed? What are the implications of the notice?
THe order contained 35 items. I overlooked 2 parts worth $0.02 each. When notified
of the omission I immediately mailed them but sent regular mail rather than with
tracking. The buyer has not received that shipment. I was contacted and gave
a refund for those two parts as I did not have any more to send. Next thing I
know there is a non-shipping seller alert and a complaint feedback. Besides not
receiving the parts the buyer complained there wasn't a shipping refund which
I don't feel is justified because the shipping cost was the minimum fee and
would have been the same if only 1 part was shipped.

3 of them completed will lead to a permanent store closure

I might be mistaken but I dont think you can send Lego (aside from capes and
such) via letter in the USA which would explain them not arriving.

its very common practice to send a partial shipping refund if parts are missing
to offset the shipping cost when ordered elsewhere. Usually, it's best to
give a minimum of a $1 refund even if it's a 1-cent part.

As to how to solve this, send proof of tracking/refund to the helpdesk and after
like 2-3 weeks they will remove it (even if it gets completed)

Wow. Negative feedback over 4c. That must be close to a record.

In this situation I personally would have compensated for shipping.
