Hi,
I'm a nonactive seller on Bricklink. Haven't made a sale for ages. Last
time someone was vaguely interested in my stuff was halfway 2023.
Still Bricklink keeps sending me bills with (fake) order numbers.
I paid once before cause I thought I made a mistake. But now I'm certain
because I haven't used Bricklink at all for over a year or so...
Whhat's going on????

I have a similar situation: I haven't sold anything for ages and still BL
is sending me BL fees to pay - 6 dollars. I have never accepted a paid service
of that kind.

can anybody explain this to me pplease?

You received feedback on Jan 10, 2024 for order #23975566 and on Feb 20, 2024
for order #24399013. Both orders are visible in the second picture you posted
so those orders are definitely not fake. Look for the other two order numbers
through your emails, you'll find them for sure if you haven't deleted
them yet.

Orders are purged after 180 days unless there was a problem with the order.

and like others have said you received feedback for 2 of the order that you claim
are fake:

Order 23975566 (order placed/payed December 30th, Feedback left by buyer January
10th)
Order 24399013 (Order placed/payed February 11th, Feedback left by buyer February

Orders more than 6 months old get purged and don't show on this tab, unless
they're in NPB, NRS, NSS, etc. status.

Minimum Bill Requirement - You will be billed if your current balance at the
end of a billing cycle is at least $5.00 if you are located in the USA or at
least $10.00 if you are located outside of the USA. If your sales for the current
billing cycle have not reached the minimum required to generate a bill by the
end of the month, your fees will continue to carry over to future billing cycles
until the minimum is met. On December 5th of each year, however, all accounts
are billed for any outstanding balance, even if they are under the $5.00 and
$10.00 threshold.
