You need to add an onsite payment method for (most) buyers in the USA and a few
other countries.

Also the store does not have the required 10 positive feedback to request off-site
payments to be enabled

Onsite payments have only been required for new stores since 2017 or so, those
that opened before then can continue to use their existing payment methods even
if they're not onsite.

According to your video, these sets have been on display since at least 2017.
The boxes may be in mint condition but the sets are definitely not.
To avoid any disappointments with a buyer, I think you should make it clear to
what extent the sets have been used. How is the dust? Are the tiles still shiny?
That kind of thing.

How can the boxes and instructions be in mint condition, if the boxes have been
opened and the instructions used to build the sets?

Since the OP opened his account in 2012, he has exactly one post to the forum
- the "Selling Entire Star Wars Collection" post. He isn't going
to read or respond to any of these replies.
