I created an order yesterday, it is in Pending status now. I would like to add
another item to the order. How do I do this?

In the help it says the following, but does not tell you exactly how to do it,
what screen or what button on what screen allows you to add an item?

Thanks,
Mark

From Order Items Help page:
If you just ordered from a store and want to order again, you must add to that
order instead of placing a new order unless the order status is Paid, Packed,
or Shipped. Visit the Order Status page for more information about order statuses.
All items in the original order are automatically marked as batch one. An addition
to the order is marked as batch two. Subsequent additions result in further increases
in batch numbers.

When I try to buy the item from the store, a screen comes up called 'My Orders
Placed' and it only links to the existing order, I don't see a way to
add to the order, maybe I am missing something.

Simply place a new order, it'll be automagically apended to the existing
one.

Note: in this case it's straightforward, but it doesn't always work -
like if the order's paid, or in Packed status, or if there's a tax status
difference etc. But in this case yes.

It is easy to add to any order that is NOT PAID and not marked as PACKED, PAID,
or SHIPPED.

Simply add items to your cart and proceed to check-out. The items will be automatically
added to your order and the new status will show as UPDATED.

Adding to orders is a great way to get more Lego for the same shipping price,
either before or after you have been invoiced -- so long as the order has
NOT BEEN PAID.

So long as you didn't increase the weight too much while trying to fill shipping
box volume, yes. You will get a new invoice for the updated order which may include
increased shipping costs depending on a variety of factors in the shipping methods
offered by the seller and chosen by you.
