I dont have TIN, VAT, OSS numbers and I am not business, so I want to know what
information should I give so my store will remain open.

The document is available in Polish.

There’s pictures of your official documents (passport, ID card, taxes declarations…)
where you can find your Polish equivalent of a TIN.

Sorry, I don’t know.  I’m not an admin and can’t read Polish.  You’ll have to
