But for postal shipments apparently, here anyway and afaik, only 6 digits are
necessary - so we use 950300 here.

I want to caution you here, I don't think you will be able to get BL's
IOSS number into PayPal ShipStation, so there's a good chance your buyer
will get charged VAT again by customs. Whether you have the VAT receipt on the
outside of the package doesn't matter - IOSS has to be sent electronically.
