Bricklink, but last I heard, my issue was being referred to the "admin team."
That was five days ago, I haven't received any contact since, and a follow-up
request for assistance went unanswered, so I guess I can't get help there.
A few people offered to message the buyer on my behalf, and I was trying not
to go that route, but it looks like I might have to. Anyone willing to send
a message to bader, owner of Bad Bricks, to let him know that I was hoping to
get a coupon he offered in his terms? If he needs to contact me, he's welcome
to, assuming things are set up so I can respond.

(and no instant check-out).

If you read the message you've linked to a little more closely, you'll
see that the admin said "one of the new members that was recently complaining
in the Forum" was a spammer, not that that I was that spammer! (Russell
starts that very message by thanking other forum users for offering to help me.)
I do really appreciate the offers of help, and I have no intention of asking
for anything else on this forum. What exactly would a spammer get out of having
someone else send one message asking one buyer for a coupon anyway?
