I placed a negative feedback for a buyer who did not pay for his order, no communication
too.

I finished the NPB process and placed a negative feedback with comment NPB.

Common practice for me in these instances.

By chance did I notice that his negative feedback was removed.
What I don't understand here is why? And also why I, as seller, was not informed
about this.

On a sidenote, this buyer has received another negative in October als for not
paying for his order. Feedback is now 0.

I've had 2 instances where negative feedback for NPB was changed to neutral.
I don't remember the feedback exactly, but I usually just say NPB or 'no
payment'.

I've had 2 instances where negative feedback for NPB was changed to neutral.
I don't remember the feedback exactly, but I usually just say NPB or 'no
payment'.

I only used 'NPB' so that could not have been the problem.
Ah well, no big thing, just wondering.

Bricklink Customer Report just let me know that their feedback removal has been
reversed after further investigation. (after reading my initial post)
Excellent service.
