I've had 2 instances where negative feedback for NPB was changed to neutral.
I don't remember the feedback exactly, but I usually just say NPB or 'no
payment'.

I only used 'NPB' so that could not have been the problem.

Bricklink Customer Report just let me know that their feedback removal has been
reversed after further investigation. (after reading my initial post)
