The last thing I can think of: did you submit one order or perhaps two orders
(like one was cancelled). It is possible this feedback is for another order (cancelled
one?). Does the order number 26170059 for this negative feedback is the order
that you filed an NSS for?

If NSS is completed today, you need to wait until 11pm PST time (in about 6-7
hours) for the removal of feedback.
