I don't remember Bricklink officially announcing that they would do that,
but I could be mistaken since it's something that would not interest me.
You could create an xml file and share it with people to let them know what
you want. I doubt Bricklink will ever facilitate buying on the site without
an account though.

Crikey could you even imagine the dishonest carnage that could occur. You would
almost have to set your setting so unless a person has at least 50 sales and
50 purchases they cant contact you.

Oh right completely forgot about that. If you look at a wanted list setup it
has a sharing toggle, but it says coming for a long time now.

or 2017?
I guess nobody cared enough to remove that button.

Simply sharing a link with updatable list is much easier than downloading and
uploading. Even setting the post ID to public would be enough.

It's never happening. The "Share Wanted List Feature Coming Soon!"
has been there forever.
