I simply don't want to pay less than 40 euros, understand me. The message
appears above my orders and says that I have 1 month wtf

As a European seller you must abide by the Dac7 rules. You have until November
30th.
https://www.bricklink.com/messageThread.asp?ID=360097&nID=1478132

On a side note a seller is fully responsible for all packages (even untracked)
until delivered to the buyer. So you might want to take that out of your terms.

I would remove that you accept off-site payments since new sellers need at least
10 positive feedback & 3 months experience selling before they can request to
have off-site payments enabled.

Not sure what you mean with "bad feedback is not accepted" as everyone
is free to leave feedback as they see fit good or bad

Thank you for your advice rebelius brick, but they are mere opinions, that is
how we are governed by Europe, in each place there are special conditions.

When this is asked, is it for someone who knows about the subject or is a European
who has fixed it, so I ask: Is there anyone who knows about the subject of the
message or is it a bug?

The second post was form a "different" user albeit with very similar
names of site and identical terms and conditions. Something strange there for
sure.

I'm fairly sure that they are the same store.

You also seem to buy from each other and leave feedback for each other on bricklink.
If you are worried about making too many transactions on bricklink and you are
in the same group, then why do you put these transactions through bricklink?

So now we have 3 'different' people with the exact same terms and shipping
policy. All 3 have similar hard to find minifigures with similar pricing. And
they seem to buy from each other to get the positive feedback that is needed
to open a store. The one with the most feedback has several negative feedback
about NPB and selling used as new.
The op has his buying privileges revoked. And 2 of the 3 persons are requesting
off-site payments while not having the required feedback/selling experience.

Is it me or does it all look very much like scammers?

And these two extra different people happened to find this thread despite not
being very active on the forum.

My store has been restricted for unknown reasons due to Dac7, I really appeal to the administrators for the Dac7 problem, solve it
