I've been shipping a while using USPS through paypal shipstation, but is
there a way to better estimate costs for UPS through paypal shipstation? I noticed
that the UPS Shipping costs are often times cheaper than USPS. How do I estimate
what Shipstation UPS costs to create weight bands for my shipping settings?

Try using Pirate ship. It's a free shipping service with commercial rates.
You enter the address, package type, dimensions, and weight. It returns what
service is the cheapest and how much more other services would be.

The usps labels I’ve been making lately also have UPS on them as it seems they
are working together to keep costs down. Is this also a thing in the USA perhaps
or just via Canada - USA shipping forwarders

UPS has a program called Ground Saver where they will deliver it themselves (if
they're already in the area) or hand it over to USPS for final delivery.
I've used it a few times - sometimes it's cheaper than USPS Ground Advantage,
and sometimes it's cheap enough to be worth the extra trip to the UPS Store.
