Hello,

I just noticed that my store seems empty when closed. Even when I use my password
to open the store. I noticed this while working on my inventory.
Does anybody have the same problem?

You may have to set up a Store Password if you have not done that already. After
entering the Password, you should be able to view your shop when closed.

It seams that this problem is only at my laptop, not my mobile phone.

Maybe you’ve looked at your store “too much” and your laptop’s IP is momentarily
blocked?

When it happens to fresh¹ members who browsed “too many” stores, the stores look
empty.

'empty store' problem occur too when getting the .ajax only.

Okay, then let’s replace “images” with “requests”
(I never looked at what my browser caches exactly for BL.  Hopefully, some requests
_are_ cacheable.)

Anyway, the absence of cache is a logical explanation for the differences in
experiences, and exceeding the number of (some kind of) requests is one for donja_nl’s
issue.

What operating system and what browser ?

This sounds familiar, but something from long long ago. It may help to flush
all your BL cookies, then begin again.
