There is 2 versions of the 3822 and 3821 But bricklink doesnt make this distinction
and there is also not any comment. It has to do with the hole under the door
handle. It can be a half circle or full circle hole. It can be best seen when
you look at the "inside" or back side. If left and right are different
versions they dont really pair up so I think bricklink should differentiate between
the two versions.

Stuff like this (where the pieces are different but it doesn't affect how
the pieces can be put together with other pieces) are known as "mold variants",
and they were deliberately removed across the catalog in the recent past. I wasn't
really active during that time so I can't tell you exactly why, but I'm
sure it'll be easy to turn up with some forum archaeology.
