I've opened and NSS and still no response from the seller.
It's only been a short time since it was opened. Do I wait for the NSS to
complete, or should I go about having the PayPal Onsite transaction disputed
while I wait? Do I dispute the transaction through the PayPal website or through
BrickLink. I don't know how PayPal Onsite is handled here, any advice would
be greatly appreciated.
I don't know what it is with the seller, but they haven't responded yet.
I might have to dig further into the NSS process, and see if I can get a message
sent through BrickLink's messaging system.
Cheers ...

I placed an order with an Australian seller, but the order status has sat at
paid for a few days now with no update from the seller.
Should I contact them yet? It's been about 4 working days, is there a certain
number of days to wait before taking action?
No sign of my items yet, I only ordered 2 CMF's plus a few parts.
The order value is $12.99 and was paid via Instant Checkout.
I'm not sure yet if I should name the seller although they are based in Victoria.

Id give the NSS several business days before filing the PayPal claim. As to where
to file it, it can’t be done thru bricklink so it would have to be done via PayPal
directly

Thanks! That does help, now if the seller would respond, that would be great,
otherwise I don't know what to put in for the claim. Probably items not received,
as the seller hasn't shipped them yet.
PayPal seems fairly straightforward so I'll wait a week and file the claim,
see how far they get with contacting him themselves.

PayPal refund has been lodged, will let NSS complete as I don't know what
else to do.
There has been no communication from the seller. I don't know if I'll
bother to leave feedback for this order although I will get my refund of the
entire order through PayPal.
Is it worthwhile to leave feedback if no communication at all? I really don't
want to if it might mean there's been life-changing circumstances beyond
the seller's control to be considered.
Any and all thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
