I have a customer who bought the Mario coins from me. They were sold as new unopened.
I never opened them before shipping. They had shelf wear sure but were sealed.
Customer states that the coins were opened and used. I am awaiting pictures,
but regardless of his pictures, I never opened them. He sais I did. what are
my options?

Even if you know you're right, choose your fights. Try to find common grounds,
ask your buyer what he thinks is acceptable. If this doesn't work, ask him
to return it in accordance to Paypal's rules.

I get choosing the hill you die on...

In this instance, who pays for a return shipping?

He does.

I suggest you start reading Paypal's terms or their FAQ is you're going
to sell on the long run.

The Mario and Luigi keychains are bad too. They are in a paper/card wallet and
the metal chain can scratch the fob part of the keychain.
