USA seller and had no issue so it seems to be only one UK seller that I am having
problem paying. I did send message yesterday about Paypal API error.
Anything else I can do? I can't pay directly (ie Stripe) as my bank does
not support international currencies. Paypal does the conversion and I've
had no issue in the past.

Have you tried contacting the seller yet?
Yep, last line of the first paragraph. No reply yet so seller is probably out
for the weekend and won't be checking until Monday morning UK time.

From what I remember, usually the seller has the disconnect and reconnect their
PayPal and it seems to work
