No, we can’t see the last time a member was online (privacy reasons I guess).
Also, worse, many people also receive their messages by e-mail (that’s an option
here: https://www.bricklink.com/pref_contact.asp ), so the message may be still
marked unread here but the seller may have read it in their e-mail.

if the seller is not responding and you don`t have place an order from them .
look in an other shop te get your items .

About the best you can do is look at the store's feedback, look at the most
recent feedback left for them, and look at the order number. As of today the
first four digits are 2638. 10 days ago it was 2630. 10 days before that 2622.
I mention the order number instead of the date it was left because some people
can leave feedback several months later.
