We have everything approved and we still can't send orders to EU countries.
Customers write that we do not ship to their country. Can you please advise us?

As you have PayPal onsite it’s probably a glitch that bricklink said they are
fixing. The banner says you don’t however the buyers can still checkout normally


This time it is not the glitch. I`m in the EU and I cannot checkout.
Maybe you can ask the highest feedback store in your country for advise. In his/her
store I can checkout.

Maybe you surpassed 10.000€ sales to other EU countries and don't have added
the OSS registration documents?

when I open your store , I find a yellow info on the top left:
Seller does not support orders shipping to Belgium.
