As you have PayPal onsite it’s probably a glitch that bricklink said they are
fixing. The banner says you don’t however the buyers can still checkout normally
This time it is not the glitch. I`m in the EU and I cannot checkout.
Maybe you can ask the highest feedback store in your country for advise. In his/her
store I can checkout.

Maybe you surpassed 10.000€ sales to other EU countries and don't have added
the OSS registration documents?
