Well, first, if you didn’t personally witness the buyer receiving and checking
the order, you shouldn’t set it to complete.  Let the buyer do that on their
own time.

Then, what’s the current status?

Selling

1) What Sylvain said before.
2) You can't set the status to delivered or completed (maybe also shipped
not sure about that) before it has been set to paid. If you're sure it's
ok with the buyer, change the status to paid, refresh, then you should be able
to continue.
