I am logged in and I got to the contact page of a member (i.e. www.bricklink.com/contact.asp)
and enter subject and body details but when I hit either the PREVIEW button
or the SEND button nothing happens at all. I'm using the latest version
of Chrome which I assume is compatible with Bricklinks as I can get to everything
else. Anyone have any ideas on why this might be? Are there settings or the like
at the member level that might prevent one member from contacting another member?
I've never had any interactions with this member so there'd be no reason
to block me if such a thing is even possible.

Users can block others from contacting them.
If you are trying to contact the seller where you ordered and did not pay, they
have probably blocked you and completed the non paying buyer warning to stop
you doing it again.

I'm reading all your recent posts. You write well. However, for your best
experience on Bricklink, I highly recommend you take additional time to read
about Bricklink in the Help section. It will answer many of your questions, and
help you avoid any missteps.
