noticed one set, the empty polybag is worth more than a sealed set. Jus thought
it was funny. Maybe I should buy those cheap sets, dump LEGO out and resell for
double profit?

If I had to guess that one and the sold are likely mis listings accidentally
listed as empty boxes rather then complete sets

I thought that earlier, and checked and the answer is yes! Although of course
we do not know if it was an empty polybag or the set listed incorrectly.
