Is there any issue sending a very small order to someone in my own country with
a different name in the address from the buyer? It's their first or second
order on BL

dont think there is any problem. paypal might void seller protection if it doesn't
exactly match the Paypal address but id don't think there are any legal problems
with changing the name as it isn't going international
