Store: Tree New Brick
My store was temporary held for info. They told me to contact admin, but after
three mails, I have still awaiting for the response.
I guess the displayed currency of my store was not changed because my address
had been changed.
So I want to know whether my store could be reopened and how long will it take?

But if the account used to be in china and just transferred ahead of the shutdown
that could be a reason. Tho there is any number of reasons for a “please contact
admin” shutdown ranging from bad terms to violating bricklink tos

You have lost both selling and buying status, usually they just remove seller
status where there is a seller issue. So I imagine they want proof you are officially
located in HK and not in China, so they are sure that they are complying with
the new Chinese law.

Yes. The seller verification had been completed. So it was not the problem. But

If removal of buyer and seller status is happening to a number of Chinese --
HK users, it might be that they are expecting to see that you have truly moved
out of mainland China and in to HK before they allow you to continue. They cannot
have users located in China using their service any more (soon). Maybe you can
upload something to prove that you are now located in HK and not in China.

No response from Bricklink after my three letters. They had not told me which
rule was broken after my passing the verification. So I think it's not unfair.
Since they shut down my shop, then the reason should be clearly stated.
