| I only want to buy from sellers who have clear shipping rates in their terms
section. Is it possible to be that specific when looking for items?

look for sellers with "instant checkout" set up so you can also see your
total before committing to a purchase

I just found it, thank you!

It works up to a point. A lot of people have instant checkout set up but not
for large sets (over 12 pounds).
