harder to get as they would already be bought up.

If the price of minifigs wasn't was it is, a lot of sellers wouldn't
be able to operate and you would need to go buy the set to get the minifig.

My Grandpa bought a bunch of apple stock in 2007 and his cost basis is like $2/share
now. If only people holding apple stock at that cost basis weren't so greedy
and could sell 10,000 shares to me at $2 per share, I could have a couple million
