We want to sell a large ammount of used 2*4 lego bricks, which we have in different
colors, about 50 boxes of 3000-4000 pieces each. We also have a list of many
different NEW parts, thousands of the same, about a billion parts in total.
We would like to sell the entire product to as few buyers as possible without
an exact recount of each part cause we have no resourses to check and calculate
them all, possibly with recounting on scales. What is the best way to do this
on Bricklink?
Take photos and create one custom lot?
Or make a wholesale lot with the type of parts, count them by scales and write
comments about the "approximate" quantity?

You could:
* make an Unsorted lot describing "3001 Red approx quantity 3500 (price reflects
this approx quantity)" condition Used
* or MAYBE make a normal lot with a Bulk quantity x3500 with a clear description
"WARNING: this is an approx quantity (price reflects this approx quantity)"
condition Used
The first solution is probably more clear to the buyer, but your lots won't
be in the Price Guide (because it's an unsorted lot).
The second solution will probably better sell, because in the price guide, but
the announced Bulk quantity may be deceiving especially to people who don't
read ANYTHING (there are many).
I'm not sur about BrickLink opinion about this, just giving you my ideas.
But I don't think it's a problem especially if you play it nicely and
clearly, through BrickLink.

You could list it all as "filler" brick. That way, people buying it won't
be too concerned about how good or bad it actually is, since they in turn will
be hiding it in a MOC of their own. As for quantity, bag it according to what
your scales can correctly weigh in one go.
Seriously, though, you should do a cherry pick and pull out the best and worst
looking bricks, and sell them as high quality used bricks or low quality filler
respectively.

Custom lots have little to no visibility on Bricklink.
You can either put in the work yourself or find a large Bricklink seller in the
EU who is willing to take the inventory off your hands.
I am curious how someone who has been on Bricklink for 6 months already has a
store with 1 million pieces in inventory. Highly irregular.
