How are you going to handle the tax? Your buyer would have to pay for their order,
and you would have to pay for your order, with tax, bl and PayPalfees payable.
You could issue a coupon equal to the parts value and hope the buyer does the
same for you after they placed their order. That way, tax and bl fees are paid
and you avoid PayPal fees.
