I have been away from home for three days, and I stopped listing items four days
ago. Over the last three days I have received 13 Wanted List Notification Reports.
None of these could have been done by me. What is going on?

I'd say as the was a problem for about a week few days ago, they rolledback
and sent some of the previous Notifications; in short, would it be possible those
are the one you already sent say a week ago or such?

Could they have been delayed?  Notifications weren't sent for a few days. 
So maybe they are catching up now?
