I heared or read a long time ago that Customs must not (should not?) charge any
fees if a shipment is completely IOSS compliant. Anyone has a link to the law
or something useful if this information is correct?

Thanks.

Hi,

1. “Completely IOSS compliant” doesn't mean much because there's multiple
ways to be compliant and some still mean there's taxes to pay at reception.
If you mean “the product is less than €150 and VAT was paid to BL and the IOSS
number was correctly sent electronically,” then, indeed, Customs (and/or postal
services) should not charge any other tax or fee.

2. It's not one law, it's an EU directive that got transcribed in national
laws.
Here's the official “layman” explanation of the directive: https://ec.europa.eu/taxation_customs/system/files/2020-09/vatecommerceexplanatory_notes_30092020.pdf
