Most large sellers are insisting that they will ONLY ship to PayPal linked addresses.
Unfortunately Paypal does not allow addresses across countries. So this eliminates
Gifting and/or getting it shipped to US based friends or family who might be
visiting ( home country India ).
Inspite of paying in USD via PayPal onsite, Is there a workaround to this or
a solution for this.

because paypal requires sellers to ship only to paypal registered ship-to addresses
to be eligible for paypal buyer protection, few if any sellers are willing to
ship to addresses not provided and verified through paypal.

Many large sellers also accept Stripe; I'd consider using this payment method
instead.
Also consider using sellers who don't have this requirement of only shipping
to the PayPal address.
