Same here.
Here no problem, all e-mails received as usual - so it must depends of something
or somewhere.
Same here, no emails for orders and also did not receive a confirmation email
for the wanted list notification that I sent out that shows how many users received
it.

Since apparently BL only made some infrastructure changes, my guess is that they
did not update the DNS TXT record for SPF.

Since apparently BL only made some infrastructure changes, my guess is that they
did not update the DNS TXT record for SPF.
Yes, it's possible the e-mails are sent but silently rejected by many e-mail
servers because they checked the e-mail being "invalid" (SPAM).

Whatever the issue is, I just sent a Contact to myself, with a copy to email
(gmail.com).
Both the targeted send and the CC arrived almost instantly.
Try sending a contact to yourself and see if it's broken or not.

I also am not receiving my confirmation code. Emailed help desk so its a waiting
game now. So frustrating as it worked yesterday. Tried emailing myself through
the contact and was able to see that, just not the confirmation code.

its when i request a link to a image like: http://img.bricklink.com/P/11/41879.jpg
to place it in a label. Before the update it was working. No i get HTTP Error
403: Forbidden.
