A buyer recently had three BL packages stolen from a USPS truck. Unfortunately
mine was one of them.
It was shipped ground advantage which alleges $100 insurance; but when I put
the tracking number in on their refund page it's telling me:
The following tracking number(s) is not eligible for a refund: xxxbunchofnumbersxxx.
There are not any refundable extra services purchased on this label.
But it wasn't an extra service. Do you need to put in the content values
while buying the label? That's all I can come up with.

You need to file an insurance claim and not a refund. refunds are for postage
fee & services. what happened to your package is an insurance claim issue.
