Good evening,

After checking an order I received, there are a few mistakes.
9 missing parts and 4 parts in the wrong color, but in a really cheaper color.
13 mistakes
Not for a big amount (3,7639€) but anyway.

Of course, I kindly writed to the seller, asking what to do for the missing parts.
The seller seems unwilling to reply and as I can see in their last Feedback,
I am not the only one.

I opened a NSS.

In the meantime, the store is closed, but the seller do it themselves, surely
before any action be taken by Bricklink for the few NSS they have !

The only options available to me are:
_ remove NSS
_ post comments on current situation
_ cancel the order (in 3 days)

I can't ask for a full refund because I have most of my parts, but what can
I do next ?

Well, you can:
— remove the NSS,
— post comments on the current situation,
— or cancel the order in 3 days


More seriously: wait for the NSS to finish.  And, if you used PayPal, make a
claim for a partial refund for Not As Described.

does not get the seller's attention, then make sure you leave appropriate
feedback.
