After checking an order I received, there are a few mistakes.
9 missing parts and 4 parts in the wrong color, but in a really cheaper color.

Not for a big amount (3,7639€) but anyway.
Of course, I kindly writed to the seller, asking what to do for the missing parts.
The seller seems unwilling to reply and as I can see in their last Feedback,
I am not the only one.
I opened a NSS.
In the meantime, the store is closed, but the seller do it themselves, surely
before any action be taken by Bricklink for the few NSS they have !
The only options available to me are:
_ remove NSS
_ post comments on current situation
_ cancel the order (in 3 days)
I can't ask for a full refund because I have most of my parts, but what can
I do next ?
If you do not hear back from the seller, make sure to complete the NSS. If that
does not get the seller's attention, then make sure you leave appropriate
feedback.
