Is it missing from catalog?
It's blue. Definitely genuine.
Stickers on both sides.

It is possibly stickers applied to the wrong coloured brick instead of white?

It looks like it has been coloured in with blue felt tips. The blue is unlikely
to be printed the same as the red on the sticker sheet, as the wear doesn't
look right. The red is worn at the edges, whereas the blue is not. If the red
and blue where printed on the sticker sheet, then they would both wear equally
at the edges.

Or looking at the stickersheet, the background is transparent.
I don't think anyone that will color in a sticker can do that this neatly
